And it's always nice when weight loss or body composition changes are an ancillary benefit. So what are your Peax? Programs are customized to your goals, preferences, and abilities. At Peax Training, Founder Julie Wilson, focuses on empowering individuals to achieve their fitness and outdoor goals. Julie Wilson is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with over 13 years of experience both in-person and wellness coaching online. She is also Yoga Certified, Barre Certified, and Wilderness First Responder Certified. She has climbed all of Colorado's 14ers, and trail running, climbing mountains, and backpacking are her favorite mountain escapes. She offers exclusive rewards including a complimentary guided backpacking trip, a 14er climb, or a 1/2 day hike in Colorado upon the several month program completion.
